Please join us on the evening of Wednesday 19 June to mark the Australian launch of the Lowy Institute Australia–Papua New Guinea Network Emerging Leaders Dialogue Outcomes Report 2023, First Nations Foreign Policy: Strengthening Australia–PNG Ties.

Featuring a keynote address by Justin Mohamed, Australia’s inaugural Ambassador for First Nations People, and conversations with some of 2023’s emerging leaders, we will explore how First Nations foreign policy can bring the two nations closer together.

There will also be an audience Q&A, offering attendees the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers and contributors to the report.

Free copies of the report will be available to guests on the evening.

The event will be chaired by Mihai Sora, Aus–PNG Network Project Director at the Lowy Institute.

Refreshments included.
