The Lowy Institute invites you to this popular annual panel discussion with Institute experts on the key issues likely to dominate the international agenda in 2023. Will Labor’s foreign policy honeymoon last? What will be on the program when Anthony Albanese hosts the Quad leaders from the United States, Japan and India?
